Giovanni you have only 5 points left, if you ask one more question, you will be zero and lost your qualification to ask.

Be smart, don't ask dump question and waste time.

It's where I was born and raised so it will always be my home, I currently live in San Diego but really miss all of my family and friends up there.

It's a great place to live and raise a family. Generally the people are really cool, lots of diversity, culture, opportunities, good weather compared to most of the country, good public transit, very good jobs available, lots of spectacular natural and man made scenery, and near many other great destinations like Tahoe, Redwood Forests, Monterey, ect... The area is just so beatiful and pleasant with so many great places to go and things to do.

The cost of housing is absolutely ridiculous though, even compared to San Diego, you get more for your money down here but the better paying jobs in the Bay Area help make up for it. It's a great place but I think over the last 5-10 years it's changed and is more money oriented and somewhat pretentious, but still nice and down to earth overall. Lots of people are house rich but cash poor and people like to brag about how much their house is worth. I wish NorCal had beaches you could swim in during summer too, that is one thing I love about SD, the perfect weather and beach oriented lifestyle.

The Bay Area is great and if you can afford it w/o having to struggle then it's definately worth it and is one of the best places to live in this country.

Within reach of everything. Mountains to the east, Snow in Tahoe, beaches in Half Moon Bay/Monterey/Carmel. Awesome diversity, good weather, and of course the beautiful San Francisco.

Super high cost of living though.

I lived in Hong Kong, New Jersey, & other places,
all I can say is that SF Bay Area is where I most feel like
at "HOME".
The people are generally friendly, the diversity of cultures
is immense, the weather is not as bad as they say it is,
altho I would like a few more warmer days in a year.
This year there was only 3 days I believe of temperatures
80 or higher, and its already October!! Ü

The short answer is to accept Jesus into your life and your heart and he will show you a type of Peace, a Peace that the world does not know, and thats the truth. But in an earthly fashion, freedom can comes in many forms and on many levels and with each year that you live you will learn new forms of it and deeper forms of it, and then all you need to do is to learn how to keep it or manage it so that you do not lose what you have attained. Some people think that leaving home is having freedom and others think that getting out of jail is freedom. Then there are those that do forms of meditation that will tell you that freedom comes from within and not from the outside, and therefore you need to have inner peace, and this is what the Buddhists practice, but it takes a lot of practice. I have to agree that freedom comes from a state of inner peace but as I said only Jesus can give you a higher state of inner Peace and he promises that you have never experienced what he can give you....As one of his most famous lines is, that he has come to set us free !

I was born and raised here in the bay area and i love it. I can't imagine living anywhere else. The cost of living is to high but everything else is great. You have forest, beach and snow in all directions. Its the best place to be.

My favorite place. So many different cultures, so many things to do or not to do. And everything is only a BART ticket, Muni Pass or Ferry trip away. The weather is continually beautiful all year long.

I love it here! It's absolutely beautiful. If you can get past the high cost of living you'll be fine. The people are great, the culture is amazing. I LOVE the Bay.
