Im 14 and me and my stepdad always argue because he thinks i wear to much makeup. Thats all I wear and some blush but what do you think??

I dont wear shimmer or anything its just my eyeshadow is a goldish color and it has a sparkle to it

Maybe he means you take too long to put on your makeup.
Three signs you have too much makeup.
If you look in a mirror without expression and your face looks fake like a Las Vegas show girl's or a clown's.
It takes longer than a half hour on a normal day.
The make up shifts, cracks and or runs. If you keep on having to touch it up, that's a good sign you are wearing to much makup.

No not really...maybe a little thinner of a black line...and only reason i say that is because when girls wear eye makeup and look good...it seems like people get jealous and always comment that your wearing to much make-up even if your not...its so ******* annoying...it looks good on you...but ibet alot of people comment that u got to much on....cos they are jealous...they like to assume a girl is pretty cos she has alot of make up on but really all the make up in the world wont make a ugly girl pretty ...haha

No, I don't think you wear too much eye makeup. Show him a few pics of girls your age who have that THICK line of black eye liner on the top and bottom of their eyes and tell him it could be worse.
You wear just the right amount of eye makeup. It's very pretty and not overdone.

no not really. it's really, really cute. just go easy on the sparkles; they'd be really nice for homecoming or prom but not for everyday. go for a real subtle shimmer for everyday.
really cute colors tho! wish my eyes could look that good with those colors (mine are light amber brown)

I love eyeliner and I think it looks great on you! You could use black eyeshadow for a softer look, either way will look good.

Nope, I think it's just right. I've seen much heavier eye makeup. I think your eye makeup suits you perfectly!
