Press F8 continually at boot up. If that does not work, boot in normal mode: Go to Start > Run > now type 'msconfig' without the quotes. Open the BOOT.INI tab and select /Safeboot > click apply > click ok. This will mean that you will boot in Safe Mode every time so you will need to reverse the procedure (untick) when you have finished to get back to normal mode.

Good luck
