I have a PC windows xp. My control panel option wont even give me the option of putting a picture up. it used to. Instead it only lets me choose a color which appears as my wallpaper, and the picture seems to be hidden behind it. help me please!.

Right click the picture. CLick Save Picture As... then go to your desk top and right click choose 'properties' then browse for the picture.

Right click on Desktop.
Choose Properties.
From there you can set Background picture, just Browse for it.

right-click on the pic, then click "set as backgroun". or something like that.
