passes away! And he left behind his wealth to his other children? He has been died now for 3 yrs. Is there away I can get the law into this, so I can get part of the share? Is there a time frame that I have?
It's a long story, so I really don't want to explain how this went about. All I know is I could gotten a lawyer then but for some reason I didn't. But now I have been thinking about it and I have been told I have w/'n 5 yrs to claim anything.
Please give me any advice or what type of Lawyers that deal with these types of things.
Please don't tell me anything stupid. I don't need that.

You need a lawyer, one that specializes in probate.

if you never cared about meeting him before then why would you want anything of his? Even if it is money. I just think that seems kind of selfish. but no you cannot get anything if it was written in a will. No matter how bad you wanted it. Thus the reason for people leaving a will behind. This way there is no question to who gets what. sorry.

You've never met him. You need to blame mom and leave his family alone.
