If my daughter was out of control like Brit has been this past year, I'd have taken my grandbabies myself!

Brit has problems, major problems, but this is still sad for a mother to lose her children. I know they need to go to a safer environment, but Mr. Kevin is not it either. Why not grandma Spears? wondering......

You are SO right, Kevin is doping, whoring, cheating no account so and so just like she is!!! Also no talent like her, but that is another story, isn't it??
I wondered EXACTLY the same thing, I KNOW for a fact if those were MY grandsons, I would be fighting him tooth and nail right now! She and her husband, though, from what I have seen and read in differing accounts, go to Kevin's house quite often and even sided with him at one time.
I don't know if maybe Kevin has promised them to unrestricted access to the boys or what, but it is very fishy to me, too. But, as hard as it is to see, perhaps this grandmother doesn't have "TIME" to be bothered by her own flesh and blood who need her now more than ever!!! God bless those babies.....

I've read rumours that Britney and her mother are on the outs because Britney was accusing Lynne of sleeping with Kevin. I don't know if Lynne has admitted this publicly or not. Britney probably won't let her mother near the boys as a result of these allegations.

Does Grandma Lynn have that option? The case was put before the courts. Kevin wanted custody and seems to have got it for now. Possibly, as time goes on, grandparents might step in and try for legal custody. Right now, that isn't happening. It's tragic. Those poor children.

I read that Brit had cut off all ties with her mom because her mom forced her go to rehab when she didn't want to go. So they had a falling out
