I've been staying at my girfriend's house for a few days because my parents are on vacation and I couldn't go because of school and I saw her mom sniffing my pants before putting them in the washer. Do lots of moms do this? And should I mention this to my girlfriend?

Well,I do it cuz I can't tell if my sons clothes are clean.
He's 5 and sometimes doesn't always remember to pick them up.In your situation,I'd let your girl know that it's really weird of her mom to be sniffing your pants.That's crazy.Maybe she wants to get freaky with you,lol jk..

I wouldn't sniff dirty clothes, so I have no idea why she would. Kind of strange. Ask your girlfriend, maybe it's just something her mom does to determine how much soap to put in maybe~~

Maybe she does it out of habit but I don't smell anyone's clothes before I wash them.

I do it to see if the clothes are clean or not, especially my kids. Unless they are apparently dirty, with mud or something on them.
my kids throw their clean clothes on the floor, if i didn't figure out what was clean or not i'd be washing clean clothes.
