Which of the area has the worst crisis that need help the most (Surdan, Iraq, Afghanisthan, or Myanmar)?

I would say it is the Sudan, if it was solely on the based on the extent of the crisis. It would have to be Iraq, however; if my decision was based on the importance to the US.
