If these are the only choices, go for the Big Mac and fries. At least you are getting a little veggies on the Mac, and some tomato juice or milk would be good too.. The other choices are either too full of carbs or fat. However, if you want to carb-load before a sport, the other two will work.

well the big mac is made of god knows what meat and the fries are nearly radioactive. the chef boyardee is def not the most unhealthy.

The least healthy is the Big Mac & fries.
Chef Boyardee is actually low-fat and fortified, chips are out though, unless you do baked tortilla chips.
Grilled cheese can be very healthy with high-fiber bread, real cheese, and cooked in olive oil; and a good vegetarian chili is very healthy too.

definatley C -- I mean you can never go wrong with A -- a good old fashioned corinary heart failure is great for anyone!! And B -- its like grandmas spaghetti in a can with chips -- and you can always buy baked chips -- but C on the other hadn -- its just buttery, greasy starchy bread with cheese and artery clogging chilli -- now that i think, it all sounds preaty good 2 me!! :)
