Face-good guy (person people cheer for and who comes out and saves his partner)
Heel-bad guy (boos, crosses the boss abandones tag teams etc.

"Face" is short for "babyface," which doesn't necessarily mean they are good-looking. It means that they are a fan favorite or they are good guys.
A "heel" is, well, a heel. They are the cheaters, the ones who beat up the "faces," they are generally evildoers.
