It was xmas, n I was out by the bar waitting for my bf 2 finnish work. With no1 else around that I knew I started chatting with this woman Kim. @ this point in time I had never really been around drunk people, n wasn't sure what to expect, so when Kim asked me to walk her to the bathroom I did. (I thought I was doing good by helping someone who couldn't walk a str8 line). Once I got her in2 the stall (it was very small), and was leaving... before I knew what was happening I was up against the wall (door locked) in a lip-lock with tongue, n her hands fighting to get my pants open. I'm told this was sexual assault, but I never mentioned the rest of the story. The rest is this. Once I could think I realised this could be my only chance 2 experience being with another woman, so I kissed her back, and dropped my pants for her (she was too drunk). She started 2 u know, but I ended it. Th@'s not how I wanted my 1st time (in a toilet with a drunk)! Was this still sexual assault?

No, it's not.. because you knowingly and willingly accepted it by kissing her back and dropped your pants. You didn't do these thing with fear that you might be injured or killed if you didn't cooperate. You did so because you wanted to experience it.

Sexual assult happens when someone does something to you against your will or acceptance. You clealy accepted it.

Sexual assult is a serious crime. You cannot all the sudden it was an assult because you changed your mind later. In addition, you were not drunk. You had the mental capacity to make the decision and you did.

it is rarely sexual attack, in spite of the undeniable fact that it is borderline sexual harassment. It relies upon on the "sufferer's" reaction. If he/she says no returned and returned, it is actual harassment. If she would not provide a clean answer, probable no longer. the two way, the "attacker" is a loser. the guy who did this is particularly lots a loser too if he/she did it without desirous to. If the perpetrator makes use of violent coercion or blackmail to get the guy to do it, then it could count sort as attack.

At first, yes. But, I don't think if you were allowing her to it could be considered a sexual offense.

Yes it was a Sexual Assault and you should have reported it then and there.
What you did could have been out of fear, hoping that you wouldn't be hurt.
I don't think under those circumstances you were honestly trying to see what a woman on woman experience would be like.
Unless you know who she was, and the statute
of limitations hasn't run out, there isn't much you could do about it now.
If you're having problems with it emotionally you can seek counseling for yourself in private.
That may be the best thing for you to do.
She had no right to do this to you at all.
She was in the Wrong. 100% Wrong.

It's not sexual assault if you kissed back and dropped your drawers. Since she was drunk maybe you assaulted her.

Nope- since you reciprocated the advance, it's not sexual assault. Let it go.

Yes, right up to the point where you willingly dropped your panties. Then it became just another kinky thing we do when we're young.

No, because later on you wanted it, you wanted the experience so you weren't forced, I don't think it was sexual assualt.
