Do not misunderstand, people like that need to be bought to justice, but what right do we have to do so?

Dark S: How many Nazi' have the CIA allegedly helped into our nation? Of course they should not have assylum, but our government surely thought differently.

they are deported for lying on their application,not being former nazis. so it is legal. what strikes me strange is that a Jewish-American is the director. strange because of ethics and conflict of interest,IMO

No. Only if convicted of a war crime. Or if you lied on your application for admission as this fellow did.

There are former members of the Nazi party in many different walks of life in the U.S.

People who supported the Nazis during the war include Charles Lindberg and Prescott Bush.

Yes, if for nothing else, they can be deported for lying on their immigration papers.
