His #6 should be retired. He has more wins as a Yankee manager then Casey Stengel, and Stengel's number is retired.
If his 6 is retired then the only active numbers between 1 to 10 would be Derek Jeter's #2 and that will be retired someday. So then they would not have any active numbers between 1 and 10 as they would all be retired.

considering that Joe Torre is on a NL group, he can't be on the AL all action picture star supervisor roster. The Dodgers did no longer even come near to winning final year,so he wasn't invited.as quickly as a supervisor switches leagues he's now no longer a AL supervisor. Why do no longer you human beings understand that? it somewhat is rules.
