I would like any suggestions either fiction or non about the last days of the Ronanovs or life in Germany or occupied trrritory from 1935 until the end of the war

I think you mean the Romanovs -- "Nicholas And Alexandra" by Robert K. Massie is considered the best book on the subject. He also wrote "The Final Chapter" which is specifically about their imprisonment and murder.
