Ok, this problem is hard. And I need help on it. Alright here is the question:

Complete the Magic Square. The magic sum is 1 1/4.

Here is the magic square. When you add the to the right on each column the answer should be 1 1/4. And when you add down on each down column, it should also all be 1 1/4. Here is the diagram I drew in paint. It's exactly like the diagram I have on my sheet.

well, it's easy if you remembered that MS works diagonally, too. try that. i'm sure you'll be fine yourself.

Fill in the top center square: x = 1 1/4 -1/2 - 1/6
Fill in the bottom center square: y = 1 1/4 - 5/12 - x

You really only start with three numbers? Should your diagonals equal 1 1/4?

1/2, 7/12, 1/6
1/12, 5/12, 3/4
2/3, 1/4, 1/3

That makes each diagonal also add to 1 1/4
