I think its fair but i also think that loosing them might just make her worse than she is. I hope she gets better soon.
Another thing i just wanted to say that she had PostPartum Depression (PPD) and the type of behavior is most common with women who suffer from stuff like that, it may not be as worse as Britney's case but they still go through stuff like that so people cut her some slack

Fair enough. She is too mentally impaired and irresponsible to raise her children. I mean, what kind of parent who drives under the influence and text messages at the same time deserves to have custody of a child? I'm so glad she is not raising her sons anymore; who knows how they would turn out. Then again, Kevin isn't any better, but at least he has some common sense. This is going to really shake Britney's world and she might finally clean up her act.

I think JT is no dummy nor heartless and is doing what he can
I think Britney has a lot of growing up to do and is missing a lot of opportunities in favor of worthless aims

She should have lost them, but I dont know if giving them to K-Fed is the answer. Remeber when he married her, he had young children with another woman who he wasn't supporting? I hope someone steps up and helps out with these kids or that K-Fed at least hires a good nanny. Where are the childrens grandparents now?
I hope this helps Brit realize that she needs to get her life in order not only for her children, but for herself as well or she wont live to see those children start school.

Its temporary. but I agreed with the decision. She needs to take care of her drug and alcohol issues along with her court dates as well. Just for the fact that the kids do not need to be in the media while its going on is enough reason for me.

I think that she is a very messed up girl. Wouldn't you? Being in the media spotlight all your life? Having every second watched?
People make mistakes. Hopefully this will give her time to clean up her act and realize what is important.
Now can we stop hearing about it all?

She has just as much right to screw up her children's lives as every other parent. What percentage of parents in this country would have their children taken away if they were followed 24/7 by the media? How many of you out there would pass the scrutiny test?
