For a family of 4 to have 4 girls? It's unheard of.

Usually, there is a mother involved, and often a father as well. That means 2 kids, or 3 kids at most.

Probability states that in a fairly large family, half the kids will be boys, and half will be girls. However, a number of factors can influence the actual outcome (so to speak). I have a sister-in-law with five girls. Her sister has two of each.
