Me and my ex broke up a week ago. Basically because we both work a lot and go to school and its not fair to each other we dont see each other. It was his decision to break up but he is insisted on staying friends because he cares so much about me. He said he really does believe there is a chance of this working later down the line but stress from work school and arguing about not seeing each other made the relationship not fun anymore. Could this be a thing of right for each other but not right now?

I think because we started off as going right into a relationship friends for awhile could help. We talk everyday.

OF course not, thats not the issue, the issue is your guyz insecurities with each other, most likly because your acting like a butch of love struck teenagers that don't know how to run a friendship, so you descided to ruin the friendship, by ending it. But you guys don't see it that way, instead the only thing you've changed is the commentment, thats the only thing "being friends" did, BUT you guys act like some big great change took place. Which goes to show that you guys don't make good friends, you don't talk well, you don't relate well, and you guys don't have a purpose outside loving each other, which is cute, but immature, thats highschool crap, your beyond that. If you don't have a purpose with each other out side the simple love you share, this relationship never had a chance..... so wrong people, and unless you both form a purpose you both can share (like religion, planting a garden, curing cancer) there never will be a right time. The funny thing about relationships, if you do them right, they'll be romantic, if you do them wrong, you have TO FORCE the romance, right for each other, not the right time, yea helpless romantic bs.....
