Walking up and down steps a few times a day doesn't sound like fun, but don't worry, it's not going to pose harm to your or your baby. Just be extra careful and hold the railing so you don't trip...you may not realize, but your center of gravity is way off when you're pregnant (for obvious reasons) so it is a lot easier to fall down (and hard) during this time. As long as you take your time and don't try to over do any other activities, a few flights a day is probably good exercise! Just let someone else carry the groceries up for you :)

You can have dropped, however that does not imply hard work is close in line with say. You can drop four-6 weeks earlier than you also have the youngster. I dropped two weeks in the past, am 38.five weeks pregnant, and am nonetheless handiest 1cm dilated. But, that is an fascinating factor which means that your frame is getting competent for the youngster to reach within the subsequent month or 2! :)

As long as you are not a high risk pregnancy this could be the best thing for you. It is helping to keep you in shape I am sure. It may even make your delivery a little better since you will be a little more in shape then if you didn't have the steps to walk.
