I think the dumb one here is the court judge for giving custody of the kids from a dumb parent to an even dumber parent. Hello???

I would have to say that I personally don't think that either are very good parents. From what I have been hearing lately, I would have to say that I personally would turn over the kids to Kevin, and not Britney.

who cares. this country is too caught up in celebrities lives. "ooh britney spears lost custody of her children, lets put this front page on all the news sites and newspapers because things like poverty, $500+ billion for the war in Iraq, other children far worse off then spears' kids is not as important as this"
this stuff makes me sick....they're more important issues and news out there america!

oh god have these kids got a chance i n life? if they stayed with their "mom" thentheyd have to watch her breakdown and constantly have to get involved with annual head shavings.
but with dad their gonna get taught 3 basic rules. 1) women are objects, abuse them . 2) the word wife means nothing and 3) when in doubt marry a washed up whore of a celebrity.

i am kinda a fan of britney but i think its best for kevin to have the kids although i think she sould get them back when she begins to be normal again
