Like #2 said, if you gotta complain about the price of gas then you either drive too many miles (move closer to work) or can't afford the vehicle. $2.5-$3.5 per gallon gasoline is here to stay. If you really need a mid-size SUV with powerful V6 I suggest you look at the new Rav4 and save $5000+ with all the same features as the Infiniti and a couple miles more per gallon, Rav4 might be bigger then the FX35 too. Anytime you buy a luxury brand everything else (maintenance, insurance, gas, depreciation) is going to be higher then a traditional vehicle. The oxymoron is that if you drive alot of miles you think you deserve a more comfortable and expensive car since you'll be using it more...of course that just ends up costing you even more, so depends on your budget. You shouldn't spend more then 1/2 of your annual salary on a new car, unless you are single living home with mom/dad.

I have a G35 coupe, it's basically the same engine as the FX35, the VQ engine. Basically I pay anywhere from $300-500 in gas a month, but I do drive alot. Thankfully my employer pays for most of my gas.
Even though this car has been more trouble than my old car (trusty Civic), I haven't regretted it. It's required new brakes, soon new tires, and loads of gas in the few months since I've gotten it. I do take it to the track occasionally. My point is, you spend alot of time in your car, you should buy something you enjoy, not something you can live with....but something you want to live with.
In the end is it expensive? Yeah it can be...even with good driving, it's hard to keep a V6 economical. I travel about 500 km a week, and spend about $100 - 150 a week on gas, where in the Civic I travelled the same milage, but only put in $30-60.

Is the mileage particularly a great variety of throughway mileage or city utilizing, stop and flow. flow surfing and run a investigate on that motor vehicle. See what different proprietors say. this is now not unusual for some autos to flow 500k at contemporary with good upkeep. additionally, examine out the paint activity and confirm the physique purely isn't rusting out or has a number of of physique artwork. Do a motor vehicle fax be sure on it. motor vehicle a motor vehicle broking and ask him how lots he could supply your on your motor vehicle, which purely happens to be a 2003 infinit f35. Describe it. upload approximately 2K and that's traditionally what it particularly is worth. A unique man or woman could record it severe so I wager in case you incredibly like it and contemporary $9300 for it, you will rapidly top here "offered!!!" additionally, threw the supply available. in the event that they're announcing no, have them take you quantity and communicate to you in the event that they adjust you mind. purely say, this is all which you're able to have the potential to return up with the money for, not extra.

As much as I love my old Infiniti, I'd suggest you look at the Lexus RX hybrid. It's a little more expensive, but you get about 10 mpg more and you can feel good about helping our planet.
The styling of the FX and RX are very similar and you'll be saving close for 40% on your gas bills. That's like taking the $3/gallon gas and making it $1.75.
You could also qualify for a $2k hybrid tax credit.

OOH, I love your question. Have I GOT an answer for you. Twofold. Emotional, and financial. Let me explain. I HATE giving away my age, but this question IS important to me. IN 1962, CHEVY came out with the Impala SS, 409. 4 speed, dual quad, positraction 409. MORE than TWICE the speed of stink. 0 to FEAR in less than 6 SECONDS. I sealed the deal, BUT COULDN'T afford the insane insurance. Since then, I've mellowed out, A LITTLE bit. Not entirely. GIVEN the opportunity now, I'd sell my soul to the devil for it. The INFINITI'S FX35 V-6, are cooler than DRY ICE. IF it was do-able, I'D do it. I've learned, life is too short not to do it. I'd definitely squeeze it in, some how. I'd of lived, and been living in that SS409, if I knew then, what I know now. $3825 back then, translates out to $150,000, on Barrett-Jackson Auto Auctions, for what it's worth now. FX ON. You deserve it. You're younger than me. I say you deserve it.

If you are considering an Infinity, and you are worried about paying for gas, I'm gonna have to go with the fact that you can't realisticly afford this car.
No seriously, do what you want. I just bought a 2007 GMC Sierra Denali, 6.2 L V8, 403 hp. I get about 11 mpg. And it only runs on premium. A 70 dollar fillup usually goes about 300 - 350 miles.
It depends. I make them commas, so you know I had to have a murdered out slab son.
My advise is shine as hard as you can with what you got. And then sleep with as many women as you possibly can.
