Sorry but you are related and there for should not be having a relationship that is just sick. It may be legal in some places but in America we say" HECK NO" to family members having a sexual or lasting relationship that is anything more then friends. You should be ashamed

Ok...I have sit here and tried to figure this one out and still not sure I have...Are you saying it is your dad's mothers sisters child?? So... dads mother----is your grandmother---right? And her sister would be your dad's aunt and your great aunt....right? Great aunt has a daughter that you are in love with and you don't know if it would be wrong to marry this person in fear that it would result in your children being born deformed. I sure wish I could help you...You really need to talk to a doctor and let them explain to you what you need to know. I sounds like to me, you and she are 3rd cousins but I don't know if there would be any problems with you marrying her. I understand you love her but you need to get all the right information so it will not affect your children. There are alot of people will tell you not to marry her, but if you love her, I don't think you willl be able to give her up. Get your information and if the doctors say that there could possibly be a problem, just adopt..You and she can have your family anyway. Good luck to ya and I will keep you in my prayers...

Your father's cousin is your first cousin, once removed. Most jurisdictions allow marriage between any relationship more distant than first cousin (and some even allow that), but you should check your local laws before making any firm plans.

Inbreeding(yes this is what its considered) is extremely dangerous to offspring for 2nd cousins by blood(what you 2 are). You would have to be at least 4th cousins to even be considered "safe". And even then its still risky.

Okay first off, your "dad's first cousin sister" makes her also his first cousin, which makes you all second cousins. In some states this is allowd but not all.

Your dad's first cousin's sister is also his first cousin. That make him/her your second cousin.
I believe that is allowed in most jurisdictions. Assuming no religious prohibitions, I'm sure you will be ok. I don't think having kids will be a problem.
Good luck.
