I say can't just because it's quicker and most of the time I don't even think twice about it. This society is addicted to slang and abbreviations though, but if you were to say it correctly it would be cannot or can not. They are both pronounced the same exact way, although, they may be used for different sentence types. neither i say cant. Ha ha jk! The right way to say it if thats what your asking i think is cannot not too sure though.
