It was on a Friday evening 2004. one year earlier i had watched US forces destroy Baghdad in "search for justice". I applauded the troups. I said an eye for an eye. then suddenly reports started coming out that Iraq had nothing to do with it. It was then that i started to doubt the conspiarcy that 19 cavemen did it. On that friday evening, while enjoying my 6 pack rolling rock beer, i joined a chat room. there was a guy posting a message saying that 9-11 was an inside job. it was nuts i thought. This guy was nuts. Then i noticed everyone was getting at him with insults and threats. well i said to myself why is that? this is a democracy and he should be free to argue anyway. he provided links to videos of the collapse of the twin towers. I had seen them before but didnt know they actually fell free fall speed some 8 to 10 seconds. then there was mention of building 7 which i didnt know before. then was sileverstein saying he demolished it.

"aha" i said to myself. then i went back to 2001. i realized that they already concluded that a caveman in afghanistan did it in just few hours. holy crap i said. they couldnt know that many years ago but now they know in a split of a second? then i looked for evidence. there was none. the british govt produced a report saying that bin laden is evil and concluded he must have done it. pheeew i said, not enough. the last straw was when i learned about operation northwoods. even before that bush's reading of a goat story while the country burnt was quite odd.

my question was that if u wanted to know how i turned from an applauder of the 9-11 official conspiracy to a questioner, and apparently u did.

i had been watching fox news all that time. plus bush was saying they had WMD and i believed it. even the claim that they were spreading freedom to iraq rang a little nice to my ears. i was hypnothized until a pack of rolling rock got me up.

For questions regarding what is happening inside your own head, you will have to provide your own answers.
FWIW, anyone with a brain knows that terrorists hijacked four airliners on 9-11-01, crashing one into a field, one into the Pentagon, and two into the World Trade Center towers. This caused massive, catastrophic damage in a manner that has never been duplicated before or since.
In addition to killing about 3000 people and plunging us into a war in Afghanistan, this event somehow turned about three million other people who had never studied structural engineering into skyscraper demolition experts overnight.

It's not difficult to construct a theory about what happened on 9/11. There is a lot of information floating around about it. I suppose there are three ways you can move on with your life.
1) Take a huge gulp of Koolaide and believe the official story, part and parcel. If that allows you to sleep well, then that's what works for you.
2) Dismiss any official reports about it and rail against the machinery of the military-industrial complex until your dying day. If you have the time to do that, have at it.
3) Realize that six years have passed, information keeps surfacing and eventually there will be another look at all of it. As they say in China....'the oxen are slow, but the earth is patient'
The British government is re-opening the investigation into Princess Diana's death. Talk about a waste of time. But, it does point to the fact that eventually, the public will know the truth or at least part of it. There is an old saying, "love and murder will out" which means that you can't hide either forever. In 1978, Congress found, officially, that the assassination of JFK was likely a conspiracy and that it probably involved a second gunman, based on the scientific evidence available. Here's the relevant summation, "the committee believes, on the basis of the evidence available to it, that President John F. Kennedy was probably assassinated as a result of a conspiracy. The committee is unable to identify the other gunman or the extent of the conspiracy"
Was a huge story made of it? No, but that is a pretty damning finding, considering the previous 'official' story. Think of all the hype surrounding Oswald. The point is that it was rammed down the throats of the public and into their psychology. That's what governments do to stay afloat. Leaks happen and were it not for the Zapruder film, we'd all believe it was Oswald without question. Fortunately, we all don't--largely because of a continued outcry for an investigation and release of records.
A lot of media is around from 9/11--video of the actual crashes, recordings, interviews, reaction, etc, etc, etc. If you read the 9/11 Commissions report, you will soon discover that it is incomplete. For whatever reason, huge gaps exist and there is reliable information that can fill them. But, it wasn't included. There may be official reasons for that, but eventually it will be re-opened. What that will find is difficult to say, but on a purely forensic level, even the most unenlightened CSI junkie knows that the 9/11 Commission gets an F on it's report card for thoroughness.
So, whatever you think about people that question everything, don't think too badly of them. People that ask questions are the same types of people that asked questions of King George when he decided to tax them into poverty in the new world. You know what happened after that...

First of all, if you hadn't heard that Iraq wasn't involved with 9/11 until 2004, then that goes a bit to explaining why you'd be receptive to the conspiracy theories.
And as to the guy in the chat room, you admit you thought he was nuts. Well, so did everyone else who got on him. That's why they did it. He was free to argue, yes. But being free to argue really only works if you accept that those who don't agree will voice their disagreement. As to the collapse of the towers, that has been explained fully by those with far more expertise than I. Suffice to say the explosions destroyed the fire protection from the internal supports, the fire then sufficiently weakened those supports, which effectively dropped a thirty story building onto a seventy story building, with predictable results. And Silverstein never said he demolished 7 WTC, he used the word "pull," which only means that to demolition professionals, which he is not. He was talking about pulling people away from the building when the fire fighters knew the damage from debris and fire made it clear it was going to collapse.
I notice you didn't actually ask a question here, though.

Get real, dude! Everyone has seen the videos of the planes crashing into the Twin Towers hundreds of times. It happened. Deal with it by getting angry at the Islamic radicals who have vowed to destroy us or convert us to fundamentalist Islam. Bush is not close to being smart enough to pull off a vast conspiracy.
I believe Occam's razor for choosing an answer is that the simplest explanation is the best option to choose. The simplest explanation is that 19 fanatical Muslims who hated America hijacked 4 airliners and crashed them on 9/11/01. Accept it and move on.

I just these people who try to call you nuts for not believing in 19 cavemen being able to penetrate America's defenses. There is no proof that those men were even on those flights. Osama's not wanted for 9/11, there's a confession video that faked and there's overwhelming evidence that Israelis had more to do with 9/11 then Arabs.

I dont have information superhighway referrals, yet whilst it became considered one of those conspiracy, why didnt Obama placed the completed Bush administration below study. Why did he proceed the conflict? by way of all rights, he might desire to have at latest pulled out all troops, thoroughly close down Gitmo, and place Bush, Cheney, and Rumsfield on trial as conflict criminals. or consistent with possibility we even have been attacked by way of looney-song psychos that are hell-bent on the destruction of usa of america, and something unlike them. internet site hyperlinks probable wont show you how to a lot, as each and each physique of those products is in accordance with opinion, till you pass to good government websites, yet then they are area of the conspiracy, arent they? i think of you would be extra valuable off by way of letting consumer-friendly experience be triumphant.
