Yes I would say so. I used to be a Nirvana fan, along with Guns & Roses, Faith No More, & Metalica and I still listen to them.
I don;t know why but I think that Nirvana would have had quite a long shelf life if you knwo what I mean. There was just something appealing about Nirvana that you felt was never going to go out of fashion.

I think they would not want to be popular. Curt was such a rebel.
If they still toured they would sell out everywhere.
they probablly charge me 85.00 to see them when I used to pay 5 -15 dollars when they played in the 90's

I still listen to AIC, nirvana, Blind MElon, etc.
Even if they didnt make anymore music, i'd say yes, and the are still popular
