I hav just had my 2nd 21 day test if this 1 comes back and reveals i hav not ovulated again whats next??

Im worried that I will be told I have not ovulated again and would just like to know what the next step will be

The doctor will run some tests to see if you have a hormone imbalance such as with the thyroid that could be affecting why you don't ovulate.
