No it's not bad, I didn't go and I have a good career in an apartment complex. You can still move up in the world without a degree, it helps to know someone who can get your foot in the door!

Been there. Many of us have. They are watching out for you. I was talked into college by my parents, thing I didn't like, flunked out after 2 1/2 years. I have been lucky for the industry I just retired from, but would have made much more money if I had a college degree!
If you haven't checked it out yet, look into being a trades person ; plumber, electrician before a carpenter. All of them make great money and are needed. DO NOT stay in retail, unless you have at least a Master's Degree. See, you're back to college.

College is for more than getting a job. It expands the mind and exercises the brain. You will understand the world better and be better equipped to be successful. I am with your parents-go to college, you won't regret it and you will earn more than a non-grad

no, but there's a 90% chance, u'll regret not having gone...trust me. i went for a year or so, then quit to start "working"...i'm going back to school in january. u don't know what u wanna be til u get out into the real world, and realize ur not doing something u love. then it's too late.
