Ok I have noticed that mixed black people, half white, Hispanic, Asian and etc, get mad when they have black features, like nappy hair, big nose and etc.

EXAMPLE
This half Hispanic half black chick i knew, she hated her hair and nose, she was pretty but still it was sad.

I have also noticed that light skinned black people with wavy hair and pointy noses often look down on black people with nappy hair or big nose.

EXAMPLE
My sister is light skinned with wavy hair and a pointy nose, and she often make fun of my curly hair and big nose.

Please do not post racist comments, because i don't feel like erasing this question.

These black people have been brainwashed. But for the most part the majority of us do not have this problem.

Don't put yourself down there are loads of black and white gay guys who are very attracted to black guys, unfortunate where you are (probably US) there is still a lot of social stigma against homosexuals, my black African gay friend leads a double life in the UK he is straight black guy to his church and relatives which isn't difficult to projecjt as he is straight looking and acting, and to a select band of black and white friends he is gay and really enjoys gay sex. He is educated to degree.level and is a nurse in a major UK hostital. He isn't really into the gay scene in the UK, Maybe that's your problem if you want to to be out as gay to your friends and family. Good luck and I hope everything works out ok for you

I am not sure the example you state is exclusive to black people. I'm sure everyone hates something about their features. Those with curly hair want straight. and those with straight want it curly. I am not black but I think many blacks are born in a difficult situation. Society is hard on them and they must try doubly hard to be taken seriously and succeed. Those that do, do so through tremendous strength and courage. Just my opinion.

Im mixed with black and white and i dont hate anyone...I can honestly say that I have never looked down on anyone elses race. Being mixed race, i have had my fair share of torment and teasing....especially as a kid by both black and white alike. (i am fair, with very curly hair) it can happen to everyone unfortunately, and is not reserved for one group, race, or ethnicity.

Most often people tend to down others when they are not confident in themselves and want to make themselves feel superior by bringing someone else down.

In all actuallity it probably has very little to do with what you look like, but more how they feel in their own skin....dont let anyone else win...

love being who you are, and care less about others perceptions....YOU are all that matters in that sense...

I love being black. I think that those that feel that way do so because they were raised to believe that black features are bad and non-black features are good. When I look in the mirror I love my nose my color, my butt, my thighs and so does my man! LOL!

Where have you been, you probably have not seen a third of all the black people, and you make such a statement, There are all kind of people that are not satisfied with them selves, they do all kind of things, trying to change into, for various reasons, into what they thank is better. You can not put this on a whole race.
There are some people passing for different things, 1 too rise in society, 2 make more money, being able to live, freely with the opposite sex. Some people may not like doing these things, but they be thanking of the better good. This is not the majority of the black race. It would be good, if you gave it some though before you make a statement.
I am black , my brother is also black, but when we worked together, we were known as, night and day., I was the night.
My brother went to war, and came back with a German wife, they moved to California, and was passing for white, He did this in order to be able to get places to live.

HONEY, I AM FULL BLACK AND I AM DAMN PROUD OF IT, I SEE A LOT OF OTHER ETHNICITY'S THAT CAN LOOK *JUST* AS GOOD AS BLACKS, BUT I WOULDN'T CHANGE BEING BLACK FOR NOTHING. MY SKIN COLOR HAS A HISTORY AND HAS A STORY THAT TELLS ALL AND CAN OPEN MORE DOORS FOR ME THAN I COULD EVER IMAGINE. ANY BLACK WHO IS ASHAMED OF THERE RACE IS JUST PLAIN ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES. I LOVE MY NATURAL FULL LIPS, ESPECIALLY KNOWING THAT I DIDN'T HAVE TO GO GET A LIP JOBS TO MAKE THEM LOOK AS BEAUTIFULL AS THEY ARE. I LOVE MY FULL CURVES AND I LOVE MY NOSE AND THICK HAIR. I LOVE EVERYTHING THAT COMES WITH BEING BLACK, BEING ME.

I KNOW A LOT OF BIRACIAL PEOPLE (BLACK/WHITE MIXTURE) AND ALL OF THEM HAVE BECAME ANGRY AT WHOMEVER JUST FOR CALLING THEM WHITE, BUT MOST OF THE TIME THEY CONSIDER THEMSELVES BLACK, NOT EVEN CONSIDERING THEIR MIXTURE OF RACE. I DON'T UNDERSTAND IT, BUT THAT'S HOW THEY FEEL.

EVERYBODY LOVE SOME BLACK PEOPLE, ALOT WON'T SAY IT BUT THEY DO. THEY WANT WHAT WE HAVE, WHAT THEY CAN'T HAVE, SO THEY TRY TO MAKE OUR FEATURES, CULTURE,ETC. LOOK AS IF IT IS A NEGATIVE INFLUENCE. BUT WHILE OTHERS INSTEAD OF BRINGING US DOWN, THEY JUST DO THE SMARTEST THING THERE IS TO DO....DIPPIN' THEIR FANGA'S INTO THAT CHOCOLATE BOWL..IF YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN CAUSE ONCE YOU GO BLACK YOU WILL NEVER GO BACK.

If anything, I see more whites trying to get the black features giving to us by God for a price & we got it for free. I don't know where you live but I live in So.Cal.

I see white females tan themselves to the point of skin burning(lol)

I see them wanting & getting lip enhancements

fake boobs

wanting a nice size booty with some shape.

It sucks having a long back. HA! (no booty)

Well, the NON-unity with black people are undeniably seen!
For some reason, black americans do not support one another and create CLASSES in there own race instead of uplifting the ENTIRE race.

It makes me sad to see that my black people get mad at white people for not understanding our culture, but they are okay with the fact the WE don't understand our own culture and people. They are okay that they don't want to hire each other. All we know is about slavery, which was explained to us to help UNIFY the black community. Instead it only brought hate in our hearts white people and in turn..to ourselves.

We hate white people for what they did and who they are..yet we somehow still have that perception that whiter is better. It seems like we sort of want to be them. We even acquired there dominant attitude. For example, in SOME black schools you will hear of blacks badgering whites for being white, badgering blacks for being light. It is the same form of prejudice and racism in REVERSE. That does not exclude the other parts of the world because it seems this fair complexion syndrome has swept the whole world.

Like I said before, black people need to UNIFY themselves. They seem to feel that if a black person is successful or light..it means they had to pass off as white or act white to get there. We are never proud of each others success until another race points out how much of us are losers. That is when we are quick to point out others we once depised successes.

Back in the day during slavery, Whites used to put a caste system for the color of blacks, When blacks were free they still used to tell the light skinned person to not "mess up her skin with the sun"..making the darker person do all the work outside because theres skin was already tainted. This help create and continue the hate against one another and the division.

Till this day I hear in the black community.

They will say the a dark skinned girl, "Girl you look good! All you need is same bleach to lighten your skin and you'll be the best looking thing"..or "that girl looks like a monkey"..or "he's so black he's purple!"

Altho they are not BLATANTLY telling them they are of lower standard because of there skin..those words encourage dark people to emulate a fairer complexion because BLACKS make them feel bad about there skin..

There are countless forums dedicated to black women trying to find the perfect bleaching cream! Blacks just don't tell each other that they bleach..but alot do!
