split into two parts:
2 <= 4x-7, so 9<=4x, and 9/4 <=x.

4x-7<6, so 4x <13, and x< 13/4
[9/4, 13/4)

2≤4x-7<6
Add 7 to all terms getting:
9 ≤4x<13
Now divide all terms by 4 getting:
9/4 ≤ x <13/4
So interval is [9/4,13/4)

You basically just need to solve for x. Add 7 to all parts, then divide by 4. You will end up with x in the middle, the left side will be your lower bound, the right side your upper bound.
