The doctor will not tell your parents if you have had sex. What you discuss with the doctor is 100% confidential. I would not suggest lying to the doctor, they could care less if you've had sex or not. It's their job. There's nothing you can tell your doctor that they haven't already heard. The doctor will ask if you are sexually active and how many partners you've had, if you used protection. They might discuss STI's and pregnancy. They will do the exam and talk about the different birth control options that are right for you. There's a nurse that stays in the room as well. They do this for you and the doctors protection. They will not say anything to your parents either. They normally give you a month or two worth of sample pills and a script for a years worth of refills. That's it.

Well the first thing you could do is talk to your parents about getting you some, but if you dont want them to know thats ok. If who your having relationships with is over 18 maybe ask them to pick some up for you or you could ask a friend or sibling whos over 18 to get some for you. If none of the above work for you, you may have to get your partner to use a condom.

You can call Planned Parenthood adn ask them if they'll give them without parental consent. Otherwise, you need to go to a GYN and get a prescription which would require a parent or guardian.

Go to your local Planned Parenthood clinic. They don't care how old you are, and they will not notify your parents.
