I like Lewis a lot more after all he is British, I have been watching him coming up through the racing world ranks since 1994 and knew he would be in F1, he was just winning everything! its great to see progress like that at such a young age, he has got it all in front of him now, he is bright, mature, as a natural , he takes it all in his stride and thats why he will win the F1 title this year, his first year. Alonso is good, but gets upset by the new guy stealing his thunder, when really he should just admire Lewis and accept that he is a gifted driver. Lewis Hamilton is an F1 superstar. He is up there with Schummi, Senna, Mansell, Watson, the racing greats.

I don't like any of them, I think they are both big heads full of themselves. At least Alonso has a motive to be so arrogant, because he's actually won two world championships. On the other hand, he's always been like that, not nice at all. Hamilton is also v. arrogant, but is smart enough not to show it as clearly as Alonso. However, I'm pretty sure Hamilton will end up being better than Alonso, because he's just a rookie and he's great (as a driver). Alonso should have known better and guess that it wasn't a very bright idea going to an English team, with an English boss, English crue and English driver, who by the way had been in McLaren like forever and was like a son to the boss. So yes, McLaren probably hasn't treated Alonso as the World Champion he is, but he should had known better. Anyway, they are both behaving like spoiled brats.

I would have to say Hamilton is the best because in 2007 Alonso,the reinging 2 time champ lost to rookie Hamilton and probably left the team because of Hamilton's success . However Alonso is an amazing driver with the ability to work with any machinery he's given. But can get jealous. Alonso is fast and is consistaint whereas Hamilton has already got more race wins and more pole positions with less races so in the end Hamilton is superior.

Being that Hamilton was the driver that originally piqued my interest in F1, I have to go with Louis. Hamilton and Alonso are both excellent drivers. However, Hamilton's performance this season is impressive. It is interesting that Hamilton could get under Alonso's skin to this extent. Hamilton is a mere rookie, albeit a very good one, and Alonso has won two F1 titles. There is no question that all this controversy makes for some very interesting racing.

I guess I like Alonso better because he in away de throned M.S..
As for who is better well I think Alonso is but the points don't show it this year. Lewis 12 ahead of Alonso same team same about everything. Can't argue with that.

I whole heartedly support Fernando since 2004, when he was just making his way through in Renault...together with Flavio.
It made me even more happy when after all he proved to be the best, and got two world championships, with Schumi still present. This proved the fact that he indeed is outstanding. Even Kimi, who I respect a lot didn't manage to do that in 2004.
Lewis.....is just having his beginners luck...I DO NOT RESPECT that driver, I find him loving publicity too much...modesty is not his virtue......and then who rise too fast and high....will experience a more painfull fall.....
P.S. I don't want to be mean...it's just that Lewis proved the worst of the two...
