They never let ethics interfere with business.

That is a 3 year old article that has been responded too countless times here.

1st, free speech only means the gov't cannot limit your speech.

2nd, free speech does not exist on private property (ie. the internet).

3rd, Yahoo must comply with the laws in any country they want to do business in.
