thegubmint: In order to solidify your assertion of a straw man gambit, you now MUST assure me that Tasers are, in fact, used unnecessarily, at times.
In keeping with the strict definition of a straw man fallacious tactic, this is your ONLY recourse.
Are you prepared to admit that NOT all Tasering is justified?

You have to admit it's really funny when they taser someone. One minute there the meanest person on earth. Then there on the ground doing the chicken. When they taser someone for no reason it makes it even funnier. The police are out of control.

That woman had it coming she was out late and didnt respond to the police before she was 3x the legal limit kickin the police crusier why wasnt she home with her kids that late

I think the argument would be made that criminals have more powerful weapons than Tasers so police would still need to carry guns.

Maybe a good reason for people who ask daft questions. but seriously the police use this method to subdue violent people and its a whole lot better than being shot.
