I have a bad habit of picking up pens (unintentionally) everywhere I go. I have a Mont Blanc that I cherish and carry in my purse. As long as you promise not to tell the police, I gave 237 of them to a friend of mine to give to a school. I try my hardest not to pick them up, but at the end of the day they always wind up in my purse!!! Is there a possibility I could be a compulsive pen stealer? Is there a group for that - Pen Stealers Anonymous?

Oh, gosh, about a half a gazillion, not including my collection (wooden baseball bat pen, Mr. Peanut pen, crooked chiropractor pen, etc.).
