As of this time no I have not ever dreamed of being the opposite sex. If I ever do, I too would wonder what the dream really meant .

I wish I could remember my dreams! I've heard that we all dream and I used to but no longer know if I'm dreaming but this is when I'm sleep. I daydream constantly, maybe a bit to much, and can relate to the the question very well. What puzzles me is why your freaked out? Does it scare you to think that a dream may make you a different person and possibly gender variant?

Often. I like to read fiction from a girl's point of view, and that POV floats around in my subconscious. I also have fond memories of playing with my (female) cousins as kids, and this kind of mixes together in my dream soup.
It could mean something about yourself, or it could just be attributed to the random "dream soup".

Actually, I HAVE dreamed I was the opposite sex more than a time or two... and I LOVED it!!
*sparkles says its getting in touch with one's masculine side... hmm... I LUUUUURRVE MY MASCULINE SIDE!!!!... and Im femme.. go figure.. maybe thats WHY I like it so much... something to think about*

Oh once or twice. It was almost always a sex dream though and I had the hottest partner.
