Don't worry, they'll be back. No frog can resist a good pond! Especially when they figure out that under the patio is a great hiding place. They may spawn in the spring, and if there are enough eggs, there will be plenty of eggs left after the fish, if there are any, eat their fill. My sister-in-law has a small pond in her back yard with Koi in it, and she brings me a bucketful of frog eggs every spring for the lake down the road.

if you have fish in your pond, they won't spawn. the fish will eat them. if no fish, they most likely will be back come spring. I get frogs every year even tho I have fish. The frogs (toads) like a good swim, but unless they are bull frogs, they spend most of their life on land eating bugs.
