There are no indicated operations that I can see.

You could solve for y getting:
y = {9x +/- sqrt(81x^2 -80x^2}/20
y = (9x +/- x)/20
So y = x/2 or y= 2x/5
This would indicate that the factors of the trinomial are
(5x-2y)(2x-y)

10x^2 - 9xy + 2y^2

=>10x^2 - 5xy - 4xy + 2y^2

=>5x(2x - y) - 2y(2x -y)

=>(2x-y)(5x-2y)
