i just posted a serious question and got some real off the wall, and critical answers, i always try to explain myself in questions the best i can, but still some people get the wrong end of the stick and can be quite cruel, and sometimes they give advice about something you have already tried that you have stated in the question already - maybe they just dont read the question properly - do you get annoyed when this happens to you too?

A lot of times yes, especially when i asked what to do about my biting hamster and someone said buy a snake than you'll have its first meal. I also get annoyed when they say use a dictionary and learn how to spell. But i deal with it because a lot of people just answer questions to get the 2 points.

yes some people don't know how to do serious and joke at everything also it annoys me when people pick up on spelling mistakes i am dyslexic so sometimes get it wrong even though i use spell check as this gives you a choice and i don't always choose the right one.....

Most people are trying to answer first,thinking that the first one gets best answer.That means they don,t read the question.Bad and wrongly critical answers are the ones that get thumbs downs off the responsible browswers.What goes round comes round.

Yes. Most people only read one or two sentences, so it is best to state your case briefly. It takes all kinds. We have to take the bad with the good on here. But, hang in there, there are some good people on here.

annoyed annoyed of course I get annoyed but lets face the truth ,not everyone can grasp the questions . as people they are sometimes of the less intelligent type.

No, I learned most people on Yahoo Answers are idiots and not to ever EXPECT serious answers from something free on the internet. When you get them, its a bonus.

yeah, some people are just plain mean. i don't understand why they give such smart a*s answers to a light-hearted question. i suppose that's their way of entertaining themselves, i just try to treat people the way i'd want to be treated. meanie boots!
