I am a 31yo male and losing weight. I was at a 3XLT t-shirt and right now I am wearing an XLT from the big and tall man's store. The XLT is the only shirt I have in this size and I've had it for a couple years. It fits almost comfortably but before I go and try on and buy new cloths, should I wait a little longer until I lose more weight? I am 6'5" and I have a 50inch chest and 46 inch belly and right now I wear 44 jeans that are a little lose. What shirt and pant sizes should I go for?

You are quite a bit taller than myself (I'm 5'9") and I am losing weight, I was a 42, I'm shooting for a 32. Right now I'm comfortable in a 36.

congratulations on your accomplishment so far. keep up the good work. as for sizes it is so hard to say what you should do without knowing how fast more will come off. I would not buy too much but you need to be able to change shirts so maybe a couple more that fit nice now and you could always have them tailored or taken in later. good luck
