Endometrial Cyst? Cysts are fluid or cell filled and noncancerous. The materials range from white blood cells and potentially red blood cells to hair/tooth material. A cyst in the endometrial lining indicates Adenomyosis. Anything outside of the uterus indicated endometriosis. Both are painful and would cause painful periods.

I don't think there are endometrial casts, although there is a way to "freeze" (for lack of a better word) the endometrial lining which removes it and it flushes out and doesn't regenerate. Generally women with endometriosis may get this kind of treatment which supposedly prevents cramps, but generally cramps return at full throttle within 6 months and the pain you go through with this procedure might be more painful than the end result benefits.

Good luck?

depends on how that phrase is used in a sentence. It can have more than one meaning.
