I know, I know, most people would want to slap me in chains and throw away the keys now, but sorry guys, I truly am adicted to it - can't help it!!!! I tried taking a holiday recently - went well for about 24 hours, and then I started getting the shakes, my eyes started watering, my toe nails started curling up, my hair - what little I had - started falling out and I started drowning my sorrows in Hillbilly Moonshine and Classic Country Music . . . it was simply horrible!!! I immediately returned to work again, after telephonically cancelling by booking at the hotel . . . and within a mere eight hours was right as rain again!!! I'll never do that again! ;+)

I just recently went through caffeine withdrawal. I know it sounds weird, but damn is it real. I gave up sodas and teas completely and switched to water only about a month ago. For the first few days I had a horrible caffeine withdrawal headache. It was really painful. Eventually it went away and it was fine. It was worth it.

Yes, I'm addicted to P&S and I don't even want to think about what I would do without it, it would be easier to quit smoking, my other addiction!!
