Sorry sweetie, this is Spam. And Etsy doesn't advertise on their own, so it's really just crafters buying from each other. Sorry to disappoint you.
It's possible you don't understand what spam is. It's when you promote a business, even if it's a legit business. Personally I find it shameful that Etsy relies on their customers to do their advertising for them.
