I started to take my premed requirements only in my sophomore year. So, I ended up taking Orgo,Physics and Bio at the same time. My grades are pretty good, all in the A , A-, B+ range. Will this affect my candidacy, if so in each way, will I be a better candidate?
I have a 3.75 GPA and 33 for MCAT that I took this August. I plan to apply next year.

You did great! Way better than me. If you don't get in with those scores, then I'll know for sure the whole AMCAS system is bunk. The timing of your coursework is not a problem at all.
