Shucks all the hole-y answers are taken - except to add that cows for Swiss cheese are the the mates of Brahma bulls that Hindu devotees royally treat to vacations in the Swiss Alps.

I thought swiss cheese comes from Holy Cows. Just like chocolate milk comes from brown cows.
