One of my co-workers was telling a story about her son-in-law who was extremely ill. The doctor said he would not make it. Then the next day, he was miracuously well. She told it so well and was a touching story.

I couldn't imagine the doctor telling my wife to go home and prepare for me to pass.

That would suck! The last time it happenned to me was when there was a house fire and the entire family had lost everything and had nowhere to go and they had to put their cat and dog in a shelter cuz they had nowhere to take them. To lose everything u worked so hard for all your life in one split second......that would suck and then having to give away your animals......that would really really suck
