My right small finger has been numb for 2 days, from the tip to the base. What could this be?

I may had done it in a class (martial arts). I dont remember anything bad happening right at the time I felt it going numb.

Either the blood flow is severely restricted or you have some nerve damage. Either way, a trip to an orthopedic doctor is in order, if you don't want to risk losing your finger altogether.
