Nothing "real"... just "cheaters never win"... and "happily ever after"... the stuff designed to make you a better person...
I never ever fed my child that stuff. Cheaters DO win. They win a lot. You decide what they've won, is all...
'Happily ever after' is just an unfinished story.... life doesn't come with guarantees.
You treat people the way you hope they will treat you.
That's the best way to handle your life, I think.
Stooping to someone else's level never benifits you.
These are the things I want my child to know. Honesty is the best policy, because ultimately the person you have to face every day is you.

Te easter bunny, tooth fairy, santa claus, my mother said she was ummmm prim and proper til she got married- found out later NOT true! Mainly just the normal every day lies all parents tell. OHHHHH and she lied about walking UP hill both ways to work with holes in her shoes and us kids in a wagon she had to pull thru the snow!!!!! That was a real doozy of a lie! Now I use it! lol

When I was 5, they told me that they had the t.v shut off because I spent too much time watching it and they wanted to see how long I could go with out it (no t.v. for 3 months). I realize now that it was shut off because they couldn't pay the bills.

while i became 7 my dad advised me dat he might take me 2 disneyland 4 my b'day, so i packed my luggage and waited for him to return. he did no longer come til the subsequent month. all of it particularly is authentic!

What happened to my pet turtle Mikey. A few years after they told me he ran away it clicked that turtles are really slow.
