Well if you used a condom with Man A, then it's man B's. The withdrawl method is not effective, there's sperm in the pre-ejaculate. Hopefully you wont be engaged in this type of behavior anymore, since you will now have a child to set an example too.

There is no way to tell if it was too late in your cycle or not because it really depends on how long your cycles usually are and more importantly, how long your cycle this month would have been. Day 17 and 18 of a cycle is too late for someone with a 28 day cycle, but if your cycles are any longer than that, it wouldn't be too late... But, still, even if your cycles are generally shorter than that, you never know if this was just a weird month where you ovulated late. So, again, there is no way to know. And for everyoen who said there is "no way" it's Man A, CONDOMS ARE ONLY 97% with PERFECT USE. It doesnt' matter if it didn't break - there is still a 3% chance of pregnancy - probably not much lower than the withdrawal method.
But I'm really interested in hearing why you were having sex with two different men in the same time period.

Its possible............
condoms are not full proof, and neither is the withdrawl method..... DNA is the only way to know...... But id guess its the man you were with more ...... But really it could be either. Some women dont ovulate ONLY during the normal ovulation timming.... I have NO safe time of the month......... next time smarten up.
You put yourself in the middle of a true mess.... be honest with them both, or it will come back to bite you in the as*

Man A is very unlikely, as 1) you used condoms, and 2) it was probably too late in your cycle, you are normally fertile around day 12-14.
Man B is 99% surely the father!

No method of birth control is 100% effective, therefore, there is no way that anyone can tell for sure, despite what the "odds" might be.
You need a DNA test for the sake of your child. Paternity is nothing that should be guessed at by playing the odds.

this is why god made DNA tests!!! I would say man B, but you never know and you really want to know this for sure before this man gets attached to this baby and later down the road you find out it's man A, if I was you I'd get the DNA test after my baby was born and start from there!!

If you had sex with two men in one month, and you're now pregnant, either one could be the father.
Condoms are not 100% effective, and neither is the withdrawal method.

I would say Man B because withdrawal is not very effective. But when the baby is born have a paternity test done. Good luck.

You cannot possibly be serious of this question! You have to get DNA tests to see who the father is and it is YOUR responsibility to do so because this unborn child deserves to know its REAL father. The withdrawel method does not work....but condom's aren't 100% either....get a DNA test done!

You can't be sure of either one of them. Condoms aren't 100% effective, babies are born from condom users all the time.
Withdrawl also doesn't work AT ALL.
You'll have to get them both tested and find out who the father is.
