I have never read IN the toilet, but I keep a variety of magazines and sale papers handy to read while I'm ON the toilet.

Whatever the book is I'm currently reading, if it's handy. If it's not handy, we keep a copy of the 'Book of Useless Information' in the bathroom (I've already read it through, but it's still 'something to read' and I can 're-read' it if necessary). If I'm out, I usually have a newly purchased book along, or the one I'm reading ...
Yes, I ALWAYS read in the toilet. My mother didn't know how to 'toilet train' a child, so she handed me a book and sat me on the toilet. I LOVE to read, and I really 'can't go' well WITHOUT a book to read. Weird, right?

I try not to climb into the toilet to read. But if I'm sitting ON the toilet...anything that's within arms reach!

I can give you some right paper toilet if U don't have enough!
and magazine paper hurts... especially at the edges

Whatever I'm reading at the time, as long as it isn't too big and heavy (no hardbacks!) or too valuable - just in case I ever drop it in by mistake!
Library books mostly, or old paperbacks.

usually my mail. i usually head straight to the restroom with it in my hand, so i end up reading it while I'm on the toilet.

Nothing "in" the toilet as it would get wet -- ha ha
We have every "Uncle John's Bathroom Reader" books --- they are so great -- take them on trips, etc.....people take them out of our bathroom and want to borrow them and we say "nope - go get your own" -- LOL (but true)
