Wherever she wants to be. Women are not given enough credit for all the things we do. Mom, teacher, wife, lover, boss, employee.... we have so many jobs in our lives from one minute to the other, not just what we choose our profession to be. God bless the women that make our world go round!!!

A woman's place is where she wants to be, work, if you want or can stay at home with the kids. Your world is the same as a mans , you do what you want to do , make yourself out of what you want to be, We got the right to vote a long time ago so your in the same position as a man. Whatever life you choose and suits you , is your womans place in this free world.

Yes, I agree... A woman's place is where she chooses to be. She can choose to work and have kids, or choose to stay at home, if she wants. Nowadays, we're fortunate to at least have that choice.
Personally, I chose the latter. I just couldn't juggle my career and kids, so I stayed at home. However, if you CAN do it, then do it. I just couldn't; my kids were the losers in that scenario.... Today's 20 and 30-something women are really torn. We don't want to let down our inner Gloria Steinam, but we also don't want to let our kids down either. As a woman with a good career and great business (profitability) potential, I was torn for a long time over this issue. In the end, I realized that I wanted to raise my own kids; my career satisfaction/self-actualization did not supercede my kids' needs for being raised by a PARENT, not a daycare... If you have to or you choose to, good for you... I just know my choice was right for me and my kids.

A woman's place is everywhere, as women are equal partners and contributors in many arenas whether it be the home, work, arts, sports, music, politics, etc, where ever she feels is her calling that is a woman's place.

I think that is a personal opinion question but for me - my opinion is that a woman's place is at the right hand of a man - as long as he understands that they are on equal footing.
I like to think of the Camus quote: "Don't walk in front of me, I may not follow. Don't walk behind me, I may not lead. Just walk beside me and be my friend."

Its not a matter of "place" its a matter of "role"....woman can work outside the home and be successful- nothiing wrong with that.
At Home its the Man's role to be the head of the household and its the wifes job to be the Heart of the Home, the nurturer. This works best because it works with our God Given nature. When a man and woman work in their roles and take it seriously, there is peace and harmony.
So women, go ahead and give me the big thumbs down. Men and women bring their own special gifts to a marriage.

Depends on the woman now doesn't it. My daugter-in-law feels very comfortable as a stay at home mom, and she is very good at it. Is she less than a person?
